Box Office
The Box Office is located on the west side of EagleBank Arena. 15-minute parking is available in the loop next to the box office for ticket purchasers.
Box Office Hours
*The Box Office will be closed today, Friday, January 19th. We will reopen on Saturday, January 20th at noon. Tickets can still be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com.
Non Event Days:
Tuesday through Thursday: 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday through Saturday: 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Event Days:
Tuesday through Saturday: Approximately 90 minutes prior to event start time or 12:00 p.m., whichever is earlier
Sunday and Monday: Approximately two (2) hours prior to event start time
Payment Options
Payment options at the box office include all major credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex, and Discover). Credit card machines have NFC technology and can also use contactless payment with Apple Pay, Google Pay and any major credit card with updated Tap-to-Pay technology. Our machines are on the customer side of the window and at no point do cards leave the customer’s possession.
While these electronic payment methods are preferred, the box office does accept cash.
Children's Ticket Information
Children 2 years and older are required to have a ticket for all events and basketball games. Some family shows require children 1 year and older to have a ticket. Check the age requirements listed on the specific event on Ticketmaster.com or call the venue at 703-993-3000 should you have any questions.
Parking Information
Parking is included in the admission price for all events. If an event does not require a ticket for admission to the facility, parking is free. Handicap drop-off and parking is available at the South entrance. Due to the arena's location on George Mason University's campus, guests are encouraged to arrive early to ensure timely entry into the arena.
Additional Ticketing Information
Tickets can be purchased at the box office or online through Ticketmaster.com. All events are now mobile entry. Ticketmaster.com is the only website authorized to sell tickets to EagleBank Arena events. Tickets purchased from any other website other than Ticketmaster.com (StubHub, Craigslist, etc.) are “buyer beware”. EagleBank Arena cannot guarantee the validity of any tickets purchased from websites or persons other than Ticketmaster. Only valid tickets will successfully scan and allow ticket holders to enter EagleBank Arena. The arena is not responsible for invalid tickets purchased from non-authorized websites or individuals. Patrons holding invalid tickets will not be admitted into events.
